Nutritional Shake
If i grind up oatmeal and put it in a Protein Shake.. will it take away from the nutritional value?
I have to eat oatmeal because I do a lot of weight lifting and i need to gain some weight.. so I can’t eat it cooked because the texture makes me gag.. runny or thick.. so I know people grind it up and put it in a protein shake. Thoughts?
Flavor is not an issue when it comes to protein shakes. I’m pretty tolerant to protein shakes so don’t tell me how bad it is going to taste.
Oats are a great way to get extra calories….I have 100g of oats + a banana + yoghurt whizzed up in the morning with my protein shake. Not very nice but you just chug them back and they’re gone in 5 seconds.
800-1000 calories…ace!
