Why does my heart hurt when I start drinking colon cleanser?
Yes, weird. But I’m trying to lose weight, so I’ve been putting this wheat stuff or “colon cleanser” into my drinks, but when I start drinking it, I get this weird pain in my chest.
What’s causing that?
And NO I’m not choking on it.
It’s a pain in my chest cavity.

Sweetie….our colons cleanse themselves. All you are doing is dehydrating yourself. “Colon-cleansing” just means that you are having the runs due to something that you’re putting into your system. You will probably lose a few pounds, then gain it right back as soon as your system gets its normal hydration back. It is dangerous, because you are depleting the electrolytes that your body needs for healthy heart-function.
